Ownership and sharing
The Charity Governance Code is copyright material which you can reuse and share freely for non-commercial purposes.
We want the Charity Governance Code to be used widely, so we’ve chosen to make it available under a Creative Commons licence – which is less restrictive than a traditional, ‘all rights reserved’ approach.
Content of this site is licensed under an Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence.
This means you can:
- Use, adapt and re-publish content on this website however you like, as long as you a) credit the source (a link would be nice), and b) make anything you re-publish available on the same terms (that is, a share-alike licence that allows people to further re-use your work)
But you can’t:
- Make commercial use of the content on this site. That means charging for it, or using it any other way that would give you a commercial advantage.
If you’re interested in making commercial use of anything on this site, you’ll need to contact us.
